Established in 1986 in name of SM Engineering Corporation which became an independent company from a part of Sama Trading (Individual ownership) established in 1969 (name changed to Sama Electronics Corporation as a juridical Corporation as of January 1, 1990) for the purpose of enhanced and more specialized sales and service to those particular markets of Telecommunication and equipment, defense systems, electronic warfare majorly for government, military and defense industries which include Hyundai, Daewoo, Samsung as well as for all other commercial shipyards, Korea Maritime Police and other various commercial customers.
It also provides Engineering Service such as Installation Supervision, Maintenance and After Sales Support for the equipment supplied by itself. It also has a service station in Pusan, Korea to provide prompt service to the customers in that area.
